When you request an estimate, we collect the contact details, project address, description and photographs you choose to share. We use this information to respond to your request and manage the work.

Project information

Estimate and invoice information is stored with Supabase and is restricted to authorized company administration. Uploaded photographs are private. Temporary photo links are available only through the owner’s signed-in account.

Payments

Card payments are handled by Stripe Checkout. Chalice Painting does not receive or store your complete card details. If you choose Venmo, its privacy policy and payment terms apply.

Private links

Invoice links contain a unique access token. Anyone with the link can view that invoice, so keep it private and share it only with people involved in your project. Invoices are excluded from search indexing.

Your choices

We do not sell your personal information. You can request access, correction or deletion of your details by contacting Chalice Painting through the estimate form. Records may be retained when needed for the project, bookkeeping or applicable requirements.

Site services

Our hosting provider processes technical request information to serve and protect the site. The owner login stores authentication information on the owner’s device. Typography and photographs are served by this site. We do not use marketing trackers.
